FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: method provides conjugation of antiviral drugs (ara-AMP, aciclovir and others) with carrier taken from polyamino acids and, in part, with poly-L-lysine or poly-L-ornithine where the most part of amino-groups is substituted with galactose molecule rather than antiviral drugs. Intramuscular administration of the proposed medicinal agent does not cause antibody formation, strong toxicity and provides its delivery in liver. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agents.
