FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves alkaline treatment of hydrolytic lignin, preparing alkaline lignin suspension, washing off lignin with water, separation of washing water, neutralization with acid, separation of acidic filtrate, lignin washing off with water from acid excess, separation of washing water and lignin milling. Before lignin washing off with water from alkaline excess an alkaline suspension is separated on static electroosmotic filter by air effect. Air is fed under pressure 380-500 kPa in direct current field at field intensity (5-10) x 10V/m and current power 100-150 A. Process of lignin alkaline suspension separation is carried out at 60-70 C for 15-20 min, duration of field effect is 1-5 min. EFFECT: improved method of lignin preparing. 8 cl |
