FIELD: medical equipment, used to facilitate walking of sick men. SUBSTANCE: exoskeleton uses a framework with fasteners to the body, two pairs of levers hinge-joined to the framework, each pair has coxofemoral and talocrural levers interconnected by a hinge joint, whose one end is connected to the framework, and the other - to a supporting platform. The coxofemoral levers consist of two parts, the upper and lower ones, the upper part of the coxofemoral lever is hinge-joined with its one end to the saddle base and arranged along the dorsal side of the femurs, the other ends of the upper and lower parts of the coxofemoral lever are interconnected by a spiral-shaped panel, whose prominent part extends forward. The hinge joint consists of a body hinge-joined to the talocrural lever, overrunning clutch for unilateral rotary motion. The fixing mechanism, located around the overrunning clutch casing, consists of a band clamp with a housing, two-member straightening component, having a body turning in the direction of the clutch, whose one end is linked with the coxofemoral lever, and the end - with the body of the annular clamp; bell crank turning in the direction of the above clamp housing and hinge-joined to the annular clamp housing accommodating a screw for forced movement of the pin; the bell crank is adjustable (in angle) relative to the casing, and its prominent end is kinematically linked with the supporting platform by means of a tie-rod with hinges, having a screw joint and a piston. The talocrural joint is made in the form of a stirrup located in the cavity of the supporting platform; the overrunning clutch has a brake. EFFECT: no need in constant use of muscular force of hands for supporting and moving the body, arbitrary and reliable fixing of levers, noiseless work; provision of enhanced load on leg muscles at trainings and adjustment of the angle of inclination of the supporting platform, which enhanced the serviceability of the hinge joint irrespective of the obstacle height. |
