FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has upper punch, concentric die and core, and lower punch positioned between die and core. Core and lower punch are mounted on counterpunch fixed on frame. Outer cone is secured in lower part of core and inner mating cone is positioned in upper part of counterpunch, which has central opening of size equal to that of core retracted into punch. Counterpunch is composed of separate parts with junction planes positioned in planes of core axis. In the initial state before pressing these parts are secured by flexible member providing, during subsequent processes, spreading of these parts in radial direction, when additional radial components appear on conical surface of counterpunch at side adjacent to cone positioned in lower part of core, when the later is subjected to the action of additional vertical forces (pressing, squeezing out). EFFECT: increased efficiency by inserting core into counterpunch and pressing product out without overturning of die and improved quality by uniform density of product. |
