FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating the proper ligament of the kneepan with cortical plate and its placing into the bed formed along the femoral line. The plate is fixed with wires. The kneepan is placed in normal position. Then the medial tendinomuscular portion of the quadriceps muscle is dissected beginning with kneepan base over the overstressed region length. The cut edges are doubled and sutured under moderate tension. EFFECT: created anatomically advantageous conditions in the knee joint.
