<p>The invention relates to a power plant including an air separation unit (10') arranged to separate oxygen from air and produce a stream of substantially pure liquid oxygen; a gas turbine (20') arranged to combust fuel in the presence of substantially pure oxygen gas and carbon dioxide, and to produce exhaust gas comprising water and carbon dioxide; and a carbon dioxide removal unit (12', 22') arranged to recover carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas, recycle a portion of the carbon dioxide through the gas turbine, and liquify the remainder of the carbon dioxide for removal from the plant.</p> |
