This injection moulding unit has a plasticiser (17),supplying material from a nozzle (D) on the injection axis of the mould (M). A conveying unit (72) (a screw unit) mounts in the plasticising unit. This unit is detachably fixed to a carrier block (10). The injection bridge unit (25) is mounted with the conveyor (72). This moves away on the carrier block, moving the conveying unit (72) relative to the plasticiser (17). There are electromechanical drives (A) mounted symmetrically about the injection axis, to slide the injection unit along the axis, to rest the nozzle against the mould.
