FIELD: impulse-type riveting in condition of semi-restricted deformation. SUBSTANCE: shaped rivet includes body with shaped seat having two cavities and centering land between said cavities. Inner cavity is provided with undercut; outer cavity enlarges to side of working surface. EFFECT: increased operating time and enhanced fluid tightness of riveted joint due to provision of necessary interference of riveted joint with thickness up to 3d, where d is diameter of rivet. 11 dwg |
