FIELD: hairdressing art. SUBSTANCE: human hair containing keratinous fibres maintained under mechanical tension are brought to contact with steam-containing gas, temperature of which is at least 75 C for period of time not longer than 2 minutes. Composition containing at least one silicone compound is applied onto hair during contact. Fibers thus-treated are then cooled, and mechanical means providing tension are removed from hair. EFFECT: hair thus-treated preserves beautiful curls for long time and acquires cosmetic properties of softness and smoothness. 14 cl |
