FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: balsamic bioactive composition has an aqueous extracts of plants - cudweed, milfoil, celandine, thyme, marjoram and Saint-John's-wort herb, mint leaves, pine buds, pot-marigold and matricary flowers, horse dock fruits and/or leaves, and licorice root; essential oils of the order: mint, coriander, anise, fir and camphor as aromatic component; ammonium hydroxide as preserving agent; glycerol, oleic acid as cosmetic agent; distilled water as extract. Aromatic component is used with tonic additions at amount 0.2% of base weight, not above. Composition can contain these components at different combinations and contents. Invention proposes method of agent preparing also. Composition is used in surgery, urology, dermatology, stomatology and other branches of medicine.
