SUBSTANCE: method involves centrifuging selected blood samples, removing liquid above sediment, washing the sediment by means of repeated centrifuging until colorless transparent liquid above sediment is obtained, resuspending the sediment and its examining with microscope to detect diatomia presence. The samples taken are treated with chromium mixture before centrifuging. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of analysis. |
