FIELD: medical engineering, traumatology, orthopedics, surgical treatment of vertebral column by removing vertebral body. SUBSTANCE: connecting elements intended for fixation of vertebral prosthesis are made in from of flat dowels (7) sharpened on one side. Dowels are arranged along edges of support platforms (6) and covered by protective caps (8) provided with cuts (9) arranged so as to match dowels (7). There is also provided sleeve coupling (1) having positioning screws (3) which can by secured to one side of coupling (1) thereby enabling rotational movement of vertebral column. EFFECT: facilitated introduction and positioning of vertebral prosthesis in required position; reliable and stable fixation of prosthesis. 1 dwg |
