The generator two-stage system contains two parts (A, B), with the first one (A) contg. an aperture (1) for imaging the component (2) contact side and a lens system (6) between the component and a met plate (5). The second part (B) has a sensor (4) holder (3) and another lens system (10) between the mat plate and the sensor. The mat plate is located between the two parts and must contain sufficient radiation dispersion. The first lens system in the first part adjust the contrast depth onto a region (7) of smaller spatial extension of the common plane (8) of the contact points (9) by generating an enlarged image on the met plate. The second part lens system provides further reduction.
