FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amniotic shell that prevents adhesion-formation after surgery damage and bleeding in viscera. This amniotic sheet has no cellular monolayer and its basal membrane, collagens of type I, II, III, laminin, fibronectin and other glycoprotein components accelerating wound healing and antigenic sites of cellular layer that can induce immune response of organism were removed. Amniotic material is sterilized and can contain transverse cross-linking of collagen. Amniotic material is used as a single layer on the damaged surface susceptible to adhesion-formation or as viscera cover susceptible to bleeding and can be fixed by sutures or liquid antiadhesive adjuvant. Transplant can be applied on both wet and dry surface. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of transplant. |
