A circuit for removing a torque ripple connects a filter of reducing a low frequency gain to an output terminal of a filter of removing a torque, limits an increasing effect of a low band gain, and removes the torque ripple only. The circuit includes: a speed detector for generating a motor speed error signal by counting an external clock pulse; a torque ripple control filter which filters the motor speed error signal from the speed detector, and removes a component corresponding to a torque ripple; a low band gain reducing filter for limiting an increasing effect of a low band gain of the speed error signal generated from the torque ripple control filter; and a speed and phase adder for adding the speed error signal generated from the low band gain reducing filter to the phase error signal detected by a phase error detector.
