FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device for cutting pipes has housing made up as L-shaped levers 1 and 2 pivotally interconnected through double-sided jaw 3, axle of lever 1, and setting bolt 5. Axle 7 of lever 1 is provided with shackle 6 that carries two cutting rollers 8. Lever 2 is provided with three pairs of bearing rollers 10. Distances between axles 11 of the rollers differ by a factor of 2-- 3. Rollers is fed for cutting by means of facilities 12,13,14 that are tightened the free ends of the levers 1,2.
