FIELD: medicine; for prosthetics of humeral articulation. SUBSTANCE: the endoprosthesis has femoral 1 and acetabular 17 components. Femoral component 1 is incubated in the bode marrow canal of the femur, and acetabular component 17 is installed in the pelvis cotyloid cavity; then components 1 and 17 get interconnected, and the operative wound is sutured.
