FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves doing venous puncture, measuring anticoagulant agent dose with syringe, introducing it into the whole blood at ecofusion stage, when prescribed quantity of whole blood is to be taken with syringe, and infusion stage, when membrane-mediated plasma separation and patient blood compensation is to be carried out in supplying whole blood with syringe. The device has means for taking blood, plasma filter with the flat track membranes the first main connecting them, collecting reservoir being a syringe connected through the second main with the flat track membranes, additional main having clamp mounted on it. The additional main connects the first and the second main. The first main has dropper and clamp mounted next to the place the second main is connected to. Reservoir for collecting plasma is connected to plasma main. The device also has reservoir for containing hemodilution agent and means for injecting anticoagulant agent designed as reservoir with main having dropper mounted on it.
