FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of composition consisting of 2% novocaine solution, vitamin Bsolution, hydrocortisone aqueous suspension, 2% papaverine hydrochloride solution and saline solution at ratio = 5:1:0.2:1:1, respectively. Use of this composition provides maximal antiinflammatory, analgetic, neurotropic, antiedematous and desensibilizing effects, improved nutrition of nerve. Injection of composition (1-1.5 ml, paraneurally) ensures to avoid cosmetic defect and hydraulic compression of vessels at innervating region. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. |
