SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of fixing ferromagnetic blank in heating zone by magnetic means and heating it up to temperature of phase conversion, feeding heated blank to mandrel with inclination relative to said mandrel, forming adjacent loops from mean portion of blank by simultaneously winding them onto mandrel in opposite directions, profiling bearing surfaces of loops and quenching made article.
