摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent mis-correction due to a measurement error of an automatic phase correction circuit by setting a threshold level at which correction of a feeding voltage for the automatic phase correction circuit is to be implemented or not while adding a quantized phase error of a phase shifter of a system corresponding to each radiation element to the threshold level respectively. CONSTITUTION:A threshold level for phase correction is stored in a RAM/ROM 15 while being added with a quantization phase error of each phase shifter corresponding to each system in advance. After the end of phase calculation by an APU 14 calculating the phase shift correction, the result is read by a CPU 8 via a bus line 16. When there is a deviation of a phase in excess of the threshold level, the correction data is written in a RAM 10 via an I/O 9 and a scanning timing generator 5 from the CPU 8. The operation above is implemented to all systems corresponding to radiation elements. At beam scanning, a phase shift code of a ROM 6 and a correction phase shift code of the RAM 10 are added by an adder 10 and the result is fed to each phase shifter. Thus, a stable beam directivity is obtained.</p>
