<p>PURPOSE:To obtain hydraulic analysis results based on the reality by providing a basic water amount generating means for obtaining a time-average used amount from a used water amount measured regularly at a demand point, a time-coefficient generating means for obtaining a ratio of a water delivery and a dynamic model determining means for determining a water amount model. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 20 for sending data on inspected meter at each house is constituted by a data memory means 20M for storing transmitted data and a terminal line control means 20A for sending the stored data to a control device 21. Then, the information control device 21 is constituted by a central line control means 21A for calling to the control means 20A per set time for transmission control, a memory means 21M for tabulation for storing the data received at 21A and a bill issuing means 21B for automatically producing bills after tabulation, and the device 21 is connected to a computer 1. By this, such areas that water delivery level becomes low due to lowered water pressure or red water is generated can be grasped surely.</p> |
