FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enhancement of antigen molecules showing weak immunogenic properties that converts their to antigens suitable for immunization. Method involves preparing antigen conjugates of weak immunogenic properties and synthetic peptide carrier carrying T-cell antigen determinant obtained from the human sequence btsh-65 or its analog. The latter show capability to enhance immunogenicity of indicated antigen significantly. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced effectiveness.
