FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves resection of nonviable tissues, osteotomy and the dosed transposition of the formed fibula fragments, making their duplicates followed by their fixation. Duplication of fibula fragments is made on the distance corresponding to tibia defect value and the formed duplicate site is displaced to the defect zone. Method can be used for patients treatment with shin bones damage accompanying with significant tibia diaphysis loss and provides limbs function at fractures. EFFECT: improved method of treatment, prevention of postoperative complications, decreased recovery period. |
