PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the vibration of a steering wheel to a minimum during the Idling even when the height of the steering wheel is changed. SOLUTION: A slider member 8 is slidably arranged in the axial direction on the outer circumference of a forward side part of a steering column 5 in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body. The slider member 8 is turnably supported in the vertical direction on a lower bracket body 9 fixed to a vehicle side member 11. A rear side part of the steering column 5 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is supported on an upper bracket 7. The rear side part in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is relatively displaceable in the vertical direction only along a slit 14 provided in the upper bracket 7. The slit 14 is provided in a diagonally inclined manner toward the front part of the vehicle body when moved from the upper part to the lower part. |
