PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively fit to a housing main body a plurality of junction terminals fitted to a jack plate in which there is not the possibility of a short between the terminals of a connection part, so that operability is good and there is not any mounting omission. SOLUTION: The terminals of a connection part are electrically connected the patterns of a corresponding main wiring board through a junction board and a junction terminal 14 fitted in parallel to the rear surface of a housing main body 4. Accordingly, there is not the possibility of a short between the terminals of each connection part. Also, each junction terminal 14 is connected to a strip-like connection plate 18 and at the same time is collectively fitted, and after that, since the strip-like connection plate 18 is separated by cutting and bending, fitting operability is good and there is not any mounting omission.
