PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of acceleration variation even in a high frequency while having high sensitivity small and simple form. SOLUTION: A disk-like distortion detection member 10 wherein distortion is caused by application of acceleration, four pairs of electric conversion parts 21a-24b separately provided in four directions on the front and rear surface, etc., of the part surrounding the maximum stress generation part of the distortion of the distortion detection member 10, an amplifier which differential- amplifies signals, of each electric conversion part 21a-24b along the two directions parallel to the surface of the distortion member 10, among the signals from the electric conversion part 21a-24b, in every direction, and an amplifier which adds the signals from the four pairs of electric conversion parts 21a-24b, for amplification, are provided. |
