PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time for sorting and shorten the waiting time for user by storing a gift card in a card storage part regardlessly of its denomination. SOLUTION: A gift card 3, for which information is exactly read by a card reader 100, is dispatched through a card carrier 6 to a card storage part 7 and stored. When the card 3 is stored in the storage part 7, its end signal is sent to a control part 8 and the control part 8 displays the message of 'Please push end button if no card is to be continuously inserted'. When the gift card 3 is continuously inserted, the same operation is repeated again so that the inserted gift card 3 can be stored in the same card storage part 7 regardlessly of denominations. When an end button 10 is pushed in this case, a paper money dispenser 11 and a coin dispenser 12 are operated corresponding to the total amount of money of inserted gift cards 3 and a prescribed amount of cash is paid out from a paper money dispenser port 13 and a coin dispenser port 14. Thus, the operation is simplified and further, the time of the payment of cash is shortened. |
