PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controller which efficiently control a plurality of power using systems by taking the total power consumption into consideration. SOLUTION: An operation controller 8 installed to a power supply system which supplies electric power to a plurality of power using systems 4A-4E which can decide the normal/abnormal of the progress of the operations from external signals from one power source is provided with an output power detecting section 10 which detects the electric power outputted from the power source and comparing and control sections 16A and 16B which compare the detecting value of the section 10 with a preset reference value and outputs comparing signals 20A and 20 indicating the compared results as external signals supplied to the systems 4A-4E. The comparing signals are constituted so that the signals can indicate operation disabled states in response to the detecting value when the value exceeds reference values 18A and 18B. Therefore, the systems 4A-4E can be set to operating states or standby states.
