PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate undesired delay time and to improve the resolution of a correction time with respect to the signal delay device delaying a received analog signal to correct the time. SOLUTION: A digital signal S2 subjected to ΣΔ modulation conversion by an A/D converter means 2 is written to a memory means 21 without modification and then read. Thus, an undesired delay time caused in a decimation filter and an oversampling filter in a conventional device is eliminated and the resolution of a correction time is improved more than that of the conventional device. |
