PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a solar power generator and, at the same time, to appropriately control the output power of the generator and protect the generator by controlling an inverter section from the detected results of the power generated from the rays of the sun and the commercial power and actuating a circuit-breaker section from the detected results of the commercial power. SOLUTION: A power generating section (solar panel) 102 generates electric power by collecting the solar rays and an inverter section 104 outputs the electric power generated from the section 102 after converting the voltage and frequency of the power into those of commercial power supply. Power generation detecting sections 110 and 112 detect the electric power generated from the section 102 and a system power supply detecting section 116 detects the voltage, frequency, and phase of the commercial power supply. A control section 106 controls the voltage, frequency, and phase of the electric power outputted from the inverter section 104 from the detected results of the detecting sections 110, 112, and 116 and, at the same time, cuts off the inverter section 104 from the commercial power supply by actuating a circuit-breaker section 120 as necessary from the detected results of the detecting section 116. |
