<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fineness and light shieldability, to lower reflection efficiency and to allow the control of electrical conductivity according to purposes of use by using a grafted carbon material as a constituting component and forming a light shielding layer by electrodeposition coating. SOLUTION: A positive type photosensitive coating film is formed on a transparent conductive layer formed on a transparent substrate. The prescribed regions of this positive type photosensitive coating film are then exposed. The positive type photosensitive coating film of the exposed parts is removed by development to expose the transparent conductive layer. The light shielding layer is formed on the exposed transparent conductive layer by electrodeposition coating by using a coating material contg. the grafted carbon material. The resulted substrate is heat treated. Carbon materials having at least one kind of functional groups selected from quinone groups, carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups are adequately used as the carbon material. More specifically, carbon black, graphite, carbon fibers, carbon whiskers, etc., are exemplified and the carbon black is more preferable particularly in terms of coloring power.</p> |
