PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to get a bobbin locked at a specified position without supplying an electric current to a motor coil and cancel the locked condition of the bobbin by supplying an electric current or by external force. SOLUTION: A second stopper member 4 is moved away from a first spring 6 through a motor installation slider 7 by supplying an electric current to a motor coil and thereby a locked condition of a movable gear 19 formed in the second stopper member 4 and a gear for stopping 13 formed in a guide member 2 which guides a first stopper member 3 is canceled. The supply of an electric current is stopped after the second stopper member 4 is moved to a specified position and then the second stopper member 4 is moved to get locked again. |
