<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a corrugated flexible pipe with satisfactory straightness by laying the corrugated flexible pipe in a ditch excavated under the ground surface and giving fixed tension to the flexibel pipe while driving rolling preventing materials longitudinally at arbitrary intervals to fixedly pinch the corrugated flexible pipe. SOLUTION: In laying a corrugated flexible pipe (FEP pipe), first a ditch 7 is formed which is excavated by an excavator 4 to have a uniform surface along an embedding route designed for a cable protecting pipe line. Next, the FEP pipe is extensibly laid on the bottom surface of the excavated ditch 7 and a rope 5 is connected to the tip part of the FEP pipe and hooked on a claw part 6 of the excavator 4 to apply fixed tension to the FEP pipe by the running of the excavator 4 and maintain the straightness of the FEP pipe. Under such condition, generally inverted U-shaped rolling preventing materials formed like a metal or plastic made pile are driven into the excavated ditch 7 longitudinally at arbitrary intervals. Thus the FEP pipe is fixedly pinched and held from above and the ditch is refilled and compacted to complete the operation.</p> |
