PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an overlapped translation by describing each sentence included from a caption part to be detected to the next caption part at the corresponding locations within the document described by a first language and the document described by a second language without performing the translation up to the next caption part when the caption part to be detected is the caption part showing the description starting of a reference literature. SOLUTION: Each caption part included in documents to be translated which are stored in a storage part 2 is successively retrieved by a caption part detection part 6. When the detected caption part is judged to be the caption part showing the entry starting of a reference literature by a reference literature starting judging part 7, each sentence included from this caption part to the next caption part is not translated and the document or the sentence described by a first language which is inputted for the time as it is, is described at the corresponding location within the document described by a second language. Thus, an overlapped translation can be prevented and a translation sentence which is natural and easy to be read can be obtained. |
