PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray feeding structure capable of feeding trays to a machining section in sequence with an intermediate feeding device without a tray extracting means by a pusher and capable of recovering them into a tray recovery section. SOLUTION: This feeding structure for part conveying trays 1 is constituted of a tray feed section 2 stacked with the trays 1 opened upward in multiple stages, a delivering means 3 extracting the stacked trays l from the lowermost stage in sequence and shifting them to a machining section, and a tray recovery section 4 stacking upward and recovering the trays 1 delivered by the delivering means 3 in sequence. A front connecting piece 5 and a rear connecting piece 6 for connecting the trays 1 together are formed at the front end edge and the rear end edge of each tray 1. The front connecting piece 5 can be fitted or removed to or from the rear connecting piece 6 of the tray 1 to be connected from above. When the tray 1 is extracted from the tray feed section 2, the front connecting piece 5 of the tray 1 on the upper stage is fitted with the rear connecting piece 6 of the preceding tray 1, and the trays 1 are connected into a chain shape in sequence. |
