PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for forming a three-dimensional image, with which rising is surely prevented from developing on the rear surface of a thermal expansion layer at the thermal rising of a raised letter portion by applying light and the accurate formation of raised letter pattern can be realized. SOLUTION: A foaming agent 63-containing thermal expansion layer 61 is coatingly formed on a base material 62 made of a PET sheet, the tensile strength at 1% elongation at 100 deg.C of which is 0.5kg/cm<2> or more. Further, on the thermal expansion layer 61, an over-coating layer 65 is coatingly formed so as to form a thermally expansible sheet 60. Thus, thermal expansion can be surely prevented from developing on the base material 62 side at the thermal rising of an image portion through the application of light. |
