PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely start up a communication system by securing a temporary memory dump of a main memory. SOLUTION: Of the communication system, a control part loads a boot program BOOTB from a secondary memory when the communication system restarts a specific process and executes it, and the BOOTB saves specific operation data in an in-use file in a free area of the main memory and loads a backup file in the secondary memory to an execution area of the main memory, so that the file is executed. Preferably, the secondary memory is equipped with a storage medium which can freely be inserted and extracted; and the specific operation data in the in-use file a specific time after the communication starts operating are saved in the storage medium of the secondary memory and before the storage medium is detached, the saved specific operation data are saved in a free area of the main memory. When a new storage medium is attached to the secondary memory, the specific operation data saved in the main memory are saved in the new storage medium. |
