PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate the occurring part, details, etc., of abnormality by storing coded abnormal outputs, occurring time, and abnormal information in a nonvolatile memory or backup memory and reading opt the stored data or information by operating an analysis tool or maintenance panel. SOLUTION: The occurrence of abnormality is discriminated by performing an automatic monitoring process (S1 ) and, when the abnormality occurs in a rising state, the abnormality is coded (S2 and S3 ) and the abnormal information is stored in a memory (S4 ). When the detected abnormality occurs within 24 hours, stepping is made by storing the number of abnormality storing times (S10 -S12 ) and the save pointer of old data is used (S13 ), and then, the abnormality is stored (S14 ). The details of the abnormality detected by the automatic monitoring process are coded by combining large-group codes obtained by dividing the details of the abnormality by monitoring extents, items, etc., and individual codes obtained by dividing the details of the abnormality by systems, etc. The coded abnormal outputs, occurring time, abnormal information, etc., are stored in the memory and read out from the memory by operating an analysis tool or maintenance panel. |
