PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the workability and economy by mixing a concrete or mortar of specified mixing ratio and ferrite fly ash and imparting electromagnetic wave absorbing function while utilizing the hard matter to manage fly ash effectively. SOLUTION: A concrete C or mortar of specified mixing ratio is mixed with ferrite fly ash F. For example, a concrete C of specified mixing ratio is added with ferrite fly ash F and mixed by a mixer 1 and the mixture is poured into a planar forms 2 thus forming a wall body of set concrete C. The ferrite fly ash F can be produced easily by mixing fly ash, produced by incinerating city garbage, with iron oxide and then firing at 500-800 deg.C. It has been confirmed that the ferrite fly ash F elutes no detrimental heavy metal.
