PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thermoplastic resin sheet having a colored part in one resin by so providing a conduit formed with a plurality of orifices as to extrude the other resin in the one resin in a manifold. SOLUTION: Second resins extruded from second resin orifices 37 and 38 are combined with the flow of first resin approaching from a manifold 11 into a land 12, and approached into the land 12 in the state laminated in the first resin. A pair of second resins becoming a laminated state in the first resin are filled in the land 12 together with the first resin. The first resin that the pair of second resins are laminated is molded in a sheet state while passing the land 12, and sequentially extruded out of the mold 10 from a die orifice 13.
