PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform filtering processing while changing strength for every designated area of one image. SOLUTION: The area dividing type filtering processor is composed of a designating means 1 for designating the parameters of filtering processing such as the area to perform the filtering processing and its strength, parameter file 2 recording the parameters designated by the designating means 1, first storage means 3 storing source moving image data to be the object of transformation, filter information preparing means 4 for reading the parameter file 2 and preparing a filter information file 5 according to the read parameters, filtering processing means 6 for performing filtering processing to the source moving image data according to prepared filter information, and second storage means 7 for storing filtered moving images. |
