PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic battery which has high discharge voltage. SOLUTION: This battery includes metal oxide as positive electrode activating material 6 and makes alkaline metal or material which stores or releases alkaline metal negative electrode activating material 4 and makes material in which iron of the alkaline metal moves to electrochemically react with the positive electrode activating material 6 and negative electrode activating material 4 electrolytic material, thereby composing a nonaqueous electrolytic battery which has high discharge voltage and can be used for various fields.
