PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect an electrode at low cost and with good operability without making an electrically conductive material flow out from the upper side of the electrode by applying a pressure to an insulating layer on the electrode surface of an opposed electrode by the electrically conductive material contained in a connection member to destroy it. SOLUTION: An insulating layer 4 of a PE or the like is formed in at least one of electrode surfaces 3 of the projected electrode 1 of an opposed board 9 and an electrode 2 on a board 10. A connection member 7 comprising an electrically conductive material 5 of granular Ni or the like and an epoxy inslating bonding agent 6 or the like is disposed between both electrodes. Next, the electrodes 1, 2 are positioned so as to be opposite to each other and pressed or heated under pressure. Therefore, the insulating layer 4 is destroyed by the electrically conductive material 5 in the connection member to make conduction between both electrodes. After that, an inspection or repair between electrodes is performed as occasion demands and further, the connection member is hardened. |
