PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain power generation under all weather conditions, and exclude noise generation. SOLUTION: A solar battery panel 1 is installed on the inner surface part of a cylindrical body N. In the central part, fire flame of a gas combustion burner M heats light emitting material, and light is emitted. At night and in the case of cloudy weather, electric power is generated. When the sun shines in the daytime, the body N is opened toward the sky, and power generation is possible by receiving the sun light. Thereby an all-weather type light receiving electric power generating equipment is realized. |
