PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to instantly cope with the setting change of a road monitoring system having the data collector distributed and arranged at plural road monitoring spots. SOLUTION: On the center side, a transmitter 41, a distribution means 6 for distributing the image transmitted from each data collecting device 2 and 3 to the transmitter 41 and a parameter setting means 12 performing the settings of the parameters for road monitoring of the plural data collecting devices 2 and 3 are arranged. All the settings of the data processors 2 and 3 are possible to be remotely set in the information processor 1 on the center side. When the transmitter 41 transmits only data, the information processor 1 has a means 11 for using the images inputted in the data collecting devices 2 and 3 for the parameter setting for road monitoring of the data collecting devices 2 and 3. The system in which all the settings of the data collecting devices 2 and 3 are remotely set in the information processor is possible to be taken. |
