PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly pour coffee with set quantity regardlessly of the weight of a cup by separately injecting raw coffee liquid and hot water into one cup and calculating the difference from the initial weight of a placing table. SOLUTION: Weight C of raw coffee liquid and weight E of hot water to be put into a cup 5 are set. The dish 5 is put on a placing table 8 and the output of a load cell 2 is defined as data A. A pinch valve 12 is opened, and the raw coffee liquid is poured from a raw coffee liquid holder 4 into the cap 5. During the period of pouring, data C is obtained by subtracting the data A from data B being the total weight of the cup 5 and the raw coffee liquid outputted from the load cell 2. When the data C reaches the set value, the pinch valve 12 is pressed, and the pouring of raw coffee liquid is stopped. A solenoid valve 13 is opened, and while hot water is poured from a heat insulating tank 3, data E is obtained by subtracting the data C from data D being the total weight of the cup 5, raw coffee liquid and hot water outputted from the load cell 2. When the data E reaches the set value, the solenoid valve 13 is closed and the pouring of hot water is stopped. |
