<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily ensure an attaching space for a flow division control valve, to simplify the assembly structure of the flow division control valve, and to remarkably improve reliability of a device. SOLUTION: The cylindrical protrusion part 45 and the small cylinder part of a valve casing 26 are inserted in the mounting flange 23 of a tank body 21. By integrally fixing the flange part 31 of the valve casing 26 at the mounting flange 23, the whole of the flow division control valve 25 containing the valve casing 26 is arranged directly on the return port 21B1 of the tank body 21 side in such a state to be contained in a containing space 53. A relief valve is arranged in the casing 26. An upper stream port to which a reflux piping 24 is connected and a flow division port to which a reflux piping 10 is connected are opened to a spot situated upper stream from a relief valve. A downstream port and a reflux port to which a reflux piping 11 is connected are opened to a spot situated from the relief valve, and further a filter 46 is removably mounted on the cylindrical protrusion part 45.</p> |
