PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent catch-in of a horizontal-only bladder and prevent containment of liquid within an accumulator. SOLUTION: In a horizontal accumulator 30, a horizontal-only bladder 35 is disposed within a container body 31. In the horizontal-only bladder 35, thickness of an upper rise portion 41 on a bottom portion 40 is larger than that of a lower rise portion 42.
