<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load during liquid compression without increasing a cost due to the increase of the number of parts. SOLUTION: A collar 21 made of resin to regulate axial displacement of a radial bearing rotatably supporting a shaft is pressed in the rear end part of a shaft hole 3 formed in a cylinder housing 2. A communication port 11 to intercommunicate a shaft hole 3 and each cylinder 10 at the outer periphery of the collar 21 is formed in the cylinder housing 2. However, the opening surface on the shaft hole 3 side of the communication port 11 is closed with the outer peripheral surface of the collar 21 pressed in the shaft hole 3. During a compression process, only when a pressure in the cylinder 10 is increased to a value exceeding a given value, the collar 21 is radially internally deformed and the communication port 11 is opened.</p> |
